Wet your hair thoroughly with lukewarm water.
Apply a sufficient amount of Neutrogena T/Gel Sensitive Scalp Shampoo to your scalp.
Massage the shampoo gently into your hair and scalp to create a lather.
Let the shampoo sit for a few minutes for maximum therapeutic effect.
Rinse thoroughly until water runs clear and all shampoo is removed.
Repeat the process if necessary.
For best results, use at least twice a week or as directed by a doctor.
