Adults and children aged 16 years and over: Take two capsules just before bedtime.
Swallow the capsules whole with water. Do not chew.
Do not take more than the recommended dose in 24 hours.
Do not operate machinery or drive after taking the capsules as it may cause drowsiness.
Do not give to children under 16 years, unless your doctor tells you to.
Do not use continuously for more than 7 days without medical advice.
Do not drink alcohol while taking Night Nurse Capsules.
