Apply the lotion generously before sun exposure.
Ensure to apply it to all areas that are exposed to the sun including face, neck, ears, arms, and legs.
Rub it in well, ensuring it's distributed evenly for maximum coverage.
Allow the lotion to dry before dressing to avoid staining clothes.
Reapply the lotion frequently especially after swimming, perspiring, or towel drying.
Even when protected, avoid over-exposure to the sun, particularly during peak hours.
