For children aged 7-12 years, the recommended dose is 2 chewable capsules 3 times a day.
For adolescents from 12 years of age and adults, take 2-3 chewable capsules up to 3 times a day.
The capsules must be thoroughly chewed before swallowing.
The capsules can be taken with or without food.
Do not use for more than 48 hours for children aged 7-12 years and do not use for more than 3 days for adolescents aged 12-18 years, without consulting a healthcare professional.
Do not exceed the stated dose and make sure there's at least 6 hours gap between each dose.
Do not give to children under 7 years of age.
Always read the label and use only as directed. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare provider.

Ibuprofen, orange flavour, sucrose, magnesium stearate, aspartame, silica, croscarmellose sodium, xanthan gum

Kidney issues: Prolonged use of Nurofen might lead to kidney problems in certain cases.
Overdose: Nurofen overdose can cause drowsiness, stomach pain, or vomiting. Always stick to the recommended dosage.
