Shake well before use.
For oral use, with provided measuring spoon or syringe.
Dose: 5 to 10 mg of Nurofen per kilogram of body weight, every 6-8 hours as necessary (maximum 4 doses in 24 hours).
Dosage should be adjusted according to the child's weight:
- For children between 5-7 Kg (3-7 months): use 2.5 ml;
- For children between 7-9 Kg (6-12 months): use 2.5 ml, 3 times in 24 hours;
- For children between 9-15 Kg (1-3 years): use 5 ml, 3 times in 24 hours;
- For children between 15-20 Kg (4-5 years): use 7.5 ml, 3 times in 24 hours;
- For children between 20-30 Kg (6-9 years): use 10 ml, 3 times in 24 hours;
- For children between 30-40 Kg (10-12 years): use 15 ml, 3 times in 24 hours.
Do not give this medicine to children under 3 months of age.
Do not exceed the stated dose.
If symptoms persist for more than 3 days, consult your doctor.
Remember, this medicine is intended for short-term use only.

Ibuprofen 100mg, Citric Acid Monohydrate, Sodium Citrate, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Saccharin, Strawberry Flavor, Xanthan Gum, Polysorbate 80, Maltitol Liquid, Glycerol.

Allergic reactions: Stop using this medication immediately if you notice signs of allergic reactions such as skin rashes, itching, swelling, or difficulty in breathing or swallowing.
Gastrointestinal issues: Nurofen can cause stomach pain, indigestion, heartburn, or nausea. If these persist, consult a doctor.
Asthma: This medication can sometimes trigger asthma attacks. Asthmatic children should use with caution.
Blood disorders: Prolonged usage can cause blood-related issues like anaemia. Regular monitoring of blood might be required.
Kidney/ liver problems: Extended use can lead to kidney damage or liver problems.
Behavior changes: Possible behavior changes such as agitation, anxiety or depression can occur. Seek medical advice if noted.
Overdose: An overdose can cause harmful effects such as diarrhoea, dizziness, or nausea. Seek immediate medical attention.
Avoid use if your child is allergic to it, has experienced asthma caused by aspirin or other similar medicines, suffers from a stomach ulcer, or any cardiac or kidney disease. Always use this medication under medical supervision and follow the recommended dose.
Not suitable for children under 3 months of age.
Do not exceed the recommended dose and do not administer with other ibuprofen-containing products.
Avoid use if child has a stomach ulcer, heart problems, liver, kidney disease or asthma.
If symptoms persist or worsen, seek medical advice.
May cause an allergic reaction in some individuals.
