Take 1 tablet with a glass of water every 4 to 6 hours as needed.
Do not take more than 3 tablets in 24 hours.

Allergic reactions: Seek immediate medical help if you experience symptoms like difficulty breathing, chest tightness, swelling, rash, itching, or bluish skin.
Gastrointestinal effects: An upset stomach, indigestion, nausea, or ulcers can result from unnecessarily prolonged use or high doses.
Cardiovascular risks: Increased risk of heart attack, stroke, or hypertension could occur, particularly with long-term use.
Renal effects: Kidney problems, including kidney failure, can occur.
Skin reactions: Severe effects including skin rashes, blistering, and peeling can occur.
Respiratory: Asthma attacks may worsen.
Remember, do not exceed the recommended dose or duration of treatment. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult your doctor immediately. Before using this medicine, consult your doctor or pharmacist if you have a history of heart or kidney disease, stroke, high blood pressure, asthma, or any allergies.
