Nurofen Plus should only be taken by adults and children aged 12 years and older. You should take 1 or 2 tablets with water, up to three times a day as necessary, leaving at least 4 hours between doses. Do not take more than 6 tablets in 24 hours, and do not exceed the recommended dose. Nurofen Plus should be taken with food to avoid stomach upset. Do not use for more than 3 days, unless advised by a doctor. If symptoms persist, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Cardiovascular effects: This medication may increase the risk of heart attack or stroke, especially if used long term.
Renal effects: It could potentially affect kidney function, especially in people who already have kidney issues.
Dependence: Overuse or long-term use of this medication can lead to dependency.
Respiratory system: Nurofen Plus may increase the risk of asthma attacks.
Avoid alcohol: Alcohol consumption should be avoided while taking this medication as it could increase the risk of liver damage.
Interactions: Follow your doctor's advice about any restrictions on food, beverages, or activity. Interaction with other drugs could increase side-effects or reduce efficacy.
Always take Nurofen Plus as prescribed by your doctor and immediately seek medical attention if you experience any negative side effects.
