Remove the top of the inhaler.
Position the base of the inhaler at the bottom of your nostril, ensuring that the other nostril is closed.
Breathe in deeply through your nose to draw the vapors of the Olbas oil into your nasal passage.
Repeat the process on the other nostril.
Replace the cap on the inhaler after each use.
Use as frequently as needed. Do not exceed the recommended usage of more than 4 times an hour. For best results, it's recommended to use the inhaler before bed to assist with clear breathing overnight. Suitable for adults and children aged 6 and over. Avoid direct contact with eyes.
