Tilt your head backwards and gently pull down your lower eyelid.
Apply a thin line of Optrex Bacterial Conjunctivitis Eye Ointment along the inside of the eyelid. If you're finding it difficult to apply, try to use a mirror.
Blink your eyes several times so the ointment spreads evenly over the eye.
Repeat the process for the other eye, if necessary.
Replace the cap tightly after use.
Use this medication 3 to 4 times daily, or as directed by your doctor.
This ointment may temporarily blur your vision after you apply it. Do not drive, use machinery, or do any activity that requires clear vision until you are sure you can perform such activities safely.
