Clean the affected area of your mouth with warm water.
Use a clean cotton swab or your finger to apply a small amount of Orajel Extra Strength Dental Gel. The amount should be no larger than the size of a pea.
Gently dab it onto the sore tooth or gum area.
Do not swallow the gel and avoid eating or drinking for at least one hour after the application to allow the medication to be absorbed.
Apply up to 4 times daily or as directed by your doctor or dentist.
If your condition worsens or does not improve after 7 days of consistent use, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. Always keep the medicine out of reach of children.
