Rinse with 20 ml (or around 4 teaspoons) of Oral B Complete Mouthwash Arctic Mint uninterrupted for 30 seconds.
Do not dilute the mouthwash with water.
Do not swallow afterwards; instead, spit out the solution.
Do not eat or drink immediately after using the mouthwash.
Use twice daily, morning and night, for optimal results.

Allergic reaction: If you experience difficulty breathing, itchiness or swelling after use, seek medical attention immediately.
