Squeeze a pea-sized amount of Oral B Toothpaste 3D White Arctic Fresh onto your toothbrush.
Hold the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to your gums.
Brush your teeth gently in a circular motion for 2 minutes, covering all surfaces of your teeth: back, front, and chewing surfaces. Ensure to reach each tooth, especially the hard-to-reach back teeth.
Spit out the toothpaste after brushing. Do not swallow.
Rince your mouth thoroughly with water.
Brush your teeth twice daily, ideally in the morning and at night before sleep, for the best results.
