Remove the cap of the Oral B Toothpaste 3D White Soft Mint 75ml.
Squeeze a pea-sized amount of the toothpaste onto your toothbrush.
Wet your toothbrush slightly with water.
Brush your teeth in a circular motion, ensuring that all surfaces of each tooth are covered. Continue to brush for at least two minutes.
Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water to remove all toothpaste.
Spit out the residual toothpaste, do not swallow.
It is recommended to brush your teeth twice a day, once in the morning and once at night before bed, for optimal results.
