Before initial use, prime the bottle by pressing the pump several times until a fine mist is produced.
Gently blow your nose to clear the nostrils.
Lean forward slightly and insert the spray nozzle into one nostril.
Press down on the pump one time to release a single dose of the spray.
Breathe in gently through the nostril as you spray.
Repeat the process in the other nostril.
After use, wipe the nozzle clean and replace the cap.
Use the spray 2-3 times a day, but no more than 3 doses in 24 hours.
Remember not to use Otrivine Adult Metered Dose 10ml for more than seven consecutive days. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if symptoms persist.

Can cause headache, nausea, lightheadedness, or sleep disturbance.
It may lead to increased nasal congestion if used excessively or for an extended period.
Not recommended for people with heart issues, high blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid disorders, or pregnant women, without consulting a doctor.
Do not share the spray to prevent spreading of infections. Dispose appropriately after the expiration date.
