This 10ml bottle packs a powerful, clinically-approved formulation designed to unblock your nose, alleviate discomfort, and restore normal breathing in minutes. Ideal for colds, allergies, and sinus problems, it keeps irritating symptoms at bay for up to 10 hours. Breathe easy with Otrivine, your go-to solution for nasal congestion relief.

Blow your nose thoroughly to clear the nasal passage before using the spray.
Remove the plastic cap from the spray bottle.
Before first use, pump the spray a few times into the air until a fine mist is produced.
Insert the nozzle into one nostril, holding the bottle upright. Close the other nostril with your finger.
Spray into the nostril while breathing in through your nose. Repeat the process for the other nostril.
Clean the nozzle with warm water after use and dry before replacing the cap back on.
Note: This nasal spray is recommended for adults and children over 12 years of age. One spray in both nostrils up to 3 times daily as needed. Leave at least 6 hours between doses. Do not use more than 3 doses in 24 hours. Always read the label and use only as directed. Consult your healthcare professional if symptoms persist.

Xylometazoline hydrochloride, Ipratropium bromide

Some common side effects include dryness or discomfort in the nose or throat, stinging, burning, or sneezing.
It may also cause headaches, sleep problems, or nervousness.
It may increase heart rate or blood pressure.
Avoid using this spray if you have an allergy to any of its ingredients.
Overuse or long-term use can lead to a stuffy nose (rebound congestion).
Before using, inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
Avoid contact with eyes. If it gets into your eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.
Consult your doctor if your symptoms do not improve after 7 days of use, or if they get worse.

Do not use more than the recommended dosage.
Avoid use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
Not suitable for children under 18 years of age.
Do not use continuously for more than a week without medical advice.
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, unless advised by a doctor.
Consult with doctor if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid disorder, or glaucoma.
Avoid contact with eyes. If spray gets in eyes, rinse with plenty of water immediately.
Do not share the nasal spray to prevent spreading of infection.
