Panadol Extra Tablets should be taken following these steps:
Adults, including the elderly, and children aged 12 years and over: Take 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours as required. Do not take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours.
Do not give to children under 12 years of age.
Tablets should be swallowed with water, milk, or juice. They can be taken with or without food.
Do not exceed the stated dose.
If symptoms persist, seek medical advice.

Paracetamol, Caffeine
Allergic reactions: Seek immediate medical help if you experience rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, or trouble breathing.
