For adults and children 12 years and older, take 1 to 2 caplets every four to six hours as needed for relief of pain or fever. Do not take more than 8 caplets in a 24-hour period. Do not use for more than 3 days for fever, or 5 days for pain, unless directed by a doctor.
For children under 12 years old, consult a doctor for appropriate dosage. The caplets should be swallowed with water and can be taken with or without food.
Remember, do not exceed the recommended dose.
This medicine is not recommended for children under 6 years of age. Do not take with any other paracetamol-containing products.

Paracetamol, microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinised starch, croscarmellose sodium, povidone, magnesium stearate, stearic acid.
