Take one to two tablets every four to six hours as needed for pain or fever. Do not exceed eight tablets in a 24-hour period. Paracetamol 500mg Tablets should be swallowed with water. Do not crush, chew, or break the tablets. Do not use it for more than 3 days for fever, or 5 days for pain, without your doctor's advice. Always follow the directions given by your healthcare provider.

Allergic reactions: Seek immediate medical help if there are signs of an allergic reaction like difficulty in breathing, swelling on face, tongue or throat, or rashes/hives.
Liver Damage: Overdosing on paracetamol can cause serious harm to the liver, including severe liver damage and liver failure.
Skin reactions: Rarely, paracetamol can cause serious skin reactions such as Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, or acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis.
Kidney Problems: Long-term use or high doses of paracetamol may lead to kidney damage.
