Phenergan tablets 25mg is a medication used to treat allergies, nausea, vomiting, and motion sickness. It is a fast-acting antihistamine that works quickly to provide relief from symptoms of allergies, nausea, vomiting, and motion sickness. Phenergan Tablets 25mg should be taken as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
Usually, the recommended dose for adults is one to two 25mg tablets taken at night. For travel sickness, the dose may differ: take one tablet the night before travel, followed by one in the morning if needed.
For children, the dosage is usually lower and depends on their age and weight.
This medication should always be taken with a glass of water and preferably after meals to minimize stomach upset.
Remember, do not take more than the prescribed dose and do not take it more frequently than advised.

Promethazine hydrochloride 25mg, lactose, maize starch, povidone, magnesium stearate, polyethylene glycol, Opaspray (contains titanium dioxide-E171, hypromellose-E464 and indigo carmine aluminium lake blue-E132) and hypromellose-E464.
Allergic reaction: Seek immediate medical attention if you notice signs of a severe allergic reaction like rash, itching, difficulty breathing, or swelling of face, lips, or throat.
Drowsiness: This medication may cause drowsiness, avoid driving, or operating machinery until you know how this medicine affects you.
Alcohol Consumption: Avoid consuming alcohol as it may increase the sedative effects of the medicine and lead to further drowsiness.
Pregnancy and lactation: Use with caution during pregnancy, and only if the benefits outweigh the risks. Consult your doctor if you are breastfeeding.
Kidney and liver disease: The medicine may have increased effects in patients with kidney and liver diseases, so dose adjustment maybe necessary.

Allergic Reaction: Do not take Phenergan if you are allergic to promethazine or any of the ingredients in the tablet.
