Shake the Piri Natural Daily Nasal Wash bottle well.
Remove the protective cap.
Tilt your head forward over a sink, keeping your mouth open.
Gently insert the nozzle into the nostril.
Apply pressure to the bottle to release 1-2 sprays into each nostril.
Allow excess solution to drain out.
Clean the nozzle with warm water after use and dry before replacing the cap.
This process can be repeated once or twice daily, in the morning and evening.
