Start by carefully removing the Profoot Soft Gel Toe Protector from its packaging.
Make sure your foot is clean and dry before applying.
Slip the protector onto the toe that needs protection. It should fit snugly but not too tight to cut off circulation.
Position the protector in a way that it covers the area that needs cushioning or protection most.
You can wear it with shoes, socks, or barefoot. If wearing with shoes, make sure it fits comfortably.
You can wash the Soft Gel Toe Protector with warm soapy water and let it air dry.
Monitor how the toe feels inside the protector. If it feels too snug or painful, remove it immediately.
Do not use on open wounds and if you have diabetes or circulation problems, consult your healthcare practitioner before use.
