Remove the current insoles from your shoes.
Take the Profoot Ultimate Control Odour Insoles out of its package.
Place the insoles into your shoes, making sure the cloth side is facing upward.
Trim, if necessary, to match the size of your shoes. The base of the insoles can be cut using a pair of scissors following the guide lines present in the insoles.
Press the insoles firmly into the shoes ensuring they are sitting flat and snug against the heel and toe of the shoes.
