Make sure to wash your hands thoroughly before application.
Remove the applicator and the gel tube from the package.
Open the gel tube and screw it onto the applicator.
Squeeze the tube gently, to fill the applicator with gel to the marked level on the applicator.
Remove the tube from the applicator.
Lie down on your back and gently push the applicator into the vagina as far as it will comfortably go.
Push the plunger to release the gel into the vagina.
Remove the applicator and discard it properly after use.
Use the gel once daily for a period specified on the package or as directed by your healthcare provider.
Always close the tube tightly after each use and wash your hands after applying the gel.
