Sanatogen A-Z Complete Multivitamin Tablets should be taken orally. Adults, including the elderly and teenagers (12 years and above) are advised to take one tablet daily with food, preferably with a main meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Always consume the tablet with a full glass of water. These tablets are not suitable for children under 12. Ensure to read the product packaging and labels before use.
Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, Vitamin C, Thiamin (Vitamin B1), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Niacin, Vitamin B6, Folic Acid, Vitamin B12, Biotin, Pantothenic Acid, Calcium, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Iron, Zinc, Copper, Manganese, Selenium, Chromium, Molybdenum, Iodine, Lutein.
Sanatogen A-Z Complete Multivitamin Tablets are usually well tolerated. However, some may experience:
- Mild stomach upset, including nausea or diarrhea.
- An allergic reaction, such as rash, itching, or swelling.
- Unusual or unexpected bleeding.
- Dehydration symptoms, especially if taking too many or on a long-term basis.
