Open the cap of the Sensodyne Cool Mint Mouthwash.
Pour 10ml of mouthwash into the cap or a cup. You can use the markings on the cap to measure the right amount.
Empty the mouthwash into your mouth.
Swish the mouthwash around your mouth thoroughly for about one minute, making sure to reach all areas, especially the gum line and between teeth.
After rinsing, spit the mouthwash out. Do not swallow.
To get the best results, use twice daily, in the morning and at night, after brushing your teeth.
Do not rinse your mouth with water immediately after using the mouthwash.
Remember, Sensodyne Cool Mint Mouthwash is not suitable for use by children under 12 years unless recommended by a dentist or healthcare professional.
