Use only a pea-sized amount of Sensodyne Rapid Relief Whitening Toothpaste on your toothbrush.
Brush your teeth in a circular motion for at least two minutes.
Do this twice daily, preferably in the morning and before bedtime.
Rinse mouth thoroughly with water after brushing.
Do not swallow the toothpaste. For optimal results, avoid rinsing, eating, or drinking for 30 minutes after brushing.
For sensitivity relief, continue use as directed.
Glycerin, PEG-8, Hydrated Silica, Pentasodium Triphosphate, Aroma, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Titanium Dioxide, Carbomer, Stannous Fluoride, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Sodium Saccharin, Sodium Fluoride.
Avoid swallowing toothpaste; usage is strictly for brushing teeth.
People sensitive to ingredients like stannous fluoride, sodium hydroxide, and others should avoid its use.
May cause mild irritation or sensitivity in some cases.
Overuse can result in gum irritation or enamel damage.
Not recommended for use by children under 12 unless advised by a dentist or physician.
In rare cases, may cause allergic reactions; stop usage & seek medical attention if it occurs.
