Apply at least a 1-inch strip of the product onto a soft bristle toothbrush.
Brush your teeth thoroughly, preferably after each meal or at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist or doctor.
In order to make sure you are getting the full benefits of this toothpaste, ensure to brush all sensitive areas of your teeth.
Do not swallow, spit out after brushing.
For extra sensitivity protection, you may choose to spit out excess toothpaste rather than rinsing with water, leaving a thin layer of the toothpaste on your teeth.
Remember, Sensodyne Repair & Protect Whitening is not recommended for children under 12 years of age, unless advised by a dental professional.
