Open the cap of the Sensodyne Toothpaste Daily Care 75ml.
Squeeze a pea-sized amount of toothpaste onto your toothbrush.
Brush thoroughly in a circular motion, reaching all teeth and focusing on areas where staining and sensitivity are most common.
Brush for at least two minutes, twice a day, preferably in the morning and before bedtime.
Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water after brushing.
Do not swallow the toothpaste; spit it out.
For best results, do not eat or drink anything for 30 minutes after brushing.

Keep out of reach of children.
Not for use by children under 12 years of age, unless advised by a dental professional or doctor.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
Avoid swallowing and spit out after brushing.
In case of intake of fluoride from other sources, consult a dentist or doctor.
If symptoms persist or worsen, seek immediate medical attention.
Do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients.
