Apply at least a 1-inch strip of the product onto a soft bristle toothbrush.
Brush teeth thoroughly for at least one minute twice a day (morning and night), and not more than three times a day.
Make sure to brush all sensitive areas of the teeth.
Spit out after brushing and avoid swallowing the toothpaste.
Do not rinse your mouth with water immediately after brushing.
For children aged under 12, consult a dentist or doctor before use.
