Apply at least a 1-inch strip of the product onto a soft bristle toothbrush.
Brush thoroughly for at least 1 minute twice a day (morning and night), and not more than 3 times a day, or as recommended by a dentist or doctor.
Make sure to brush all sensitive areas of the teeth.
Spit out after brushing.
For best results, do not eat, drink, or rinse mouth for 30 minutes after brushing.
For sensitivity relief, continue to use as directed.

Fluoride Overdose: If swallowed in large amounts, it may lead to dental fluorosis or other negative health effects.
Avoid Ingestion: This product is not intended for ingestion. If large quantity is swallowed, get medical help immediately.
