Wet your Sensodyne toothbrush and squeeze a pea-sized amount of Sensodyne Pronamel Whitening toothpaste onto the brush.
Brush your teeth thoroughly, focusing on all areas, especially the back teeth and gum line. Ensure you reach all surfaces of your teeth - the outer, inner, and chewing surfaces.
Brush for at least two minutes to ensure the teeth are cleaned properly. This should be done twice daily: once in the morning and once before bed.
After brushing, spit out the toothpaste but avoid rinsing your mouth with water. This allows the toothpaste to continue working even after brushing.
For best results, along with brushing, maintain regular dental check-ups and limit sugary snacks between meals. Also, avoid brushing immediately after consuming acidic food or drinks as they can weaken tooth enamel.
Note: This product is not recommended for children under 12 years. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
