Start by wetting your toothbrush.
Apply a pea-sized amount of Sensodyne Toothpaste Sensitivity & Gum onto your toothbrush.
Brush for 2 minutes, covering all areas, including front, back, and chewing surfaces of the teeth.
Spit out after brushing. Do not swallow.
For optimal results, brush twice daily, preferably in the morning and before bed.
Avoid rinsing with water immediately after brushing.
Remember not to brush more than three times a day to avoid wearing out your enamel.
Please consult with your dentist if you experience any discomfort or unwanted effects while using this product.
