Use the included measuring spoon to measure out the correct dosage.
The recommended dosage for adults and children over 15 years of age is 10ml once or twice daily.
For children between 5 to 15 years, the recommended dosage is 10ml once daily.
For children 1 to 4 years, the recommended dosage is only 5ml once daily.
Seven Seas Cod liver Oil can be taken on its own or mixed with milk or orange juice.

Interaction with Medication: It could interact adversely with anticoagulants, birth control pills, or blood pressure medication. Hence, caution is advised for those on medication.
Not suitable during Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Excessive consumption might pose risks during pregnancy and breastfeeding, so consult a healthcare professional before use.
