Shake the bottle well before use. Once opened, use the included measuring spoon and take two 10 ml doses daily. This can be taken alone or mixed with milk or orange juice. Not suitable for children under 15 years. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Allergic Reaction: If you are allergic to fish or seafood, avoid taking this product as it may cause serious allergic reactions such as skin rash, itching, difficulty breathing, and swelling of face or tongue.
Drug Interaction: Don’t use this product if you are taking blood thinners or anticoagulants as it may increase the risk of bleeding.
Overdose: Do not exceed the recommended dose. It may cause vitamin A and D toxicity which can result in nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, and weakness.
Avoid During Surgery: Stop using this product at least two weeks before a scheduled surgery as it may interfere with blood clotting.
Caution for Pregnant and Nursing Women: Pregnant or nursing women should consult their healthcare provider before using this supplement as high doses of vitamin A can cause birth defects.
