Wet your body thoroughly under the shower.
Pour a small amount of shower gel onto a sponge or washcloth.
Lather the gel onto your skin, using gentle circular motions.
Ensure that you cover all the areas of your body, avoiding the eyes.
Rinse off thoroughly with warm water.
Dab the skin dry with a towel.
For best results, use daily.
