Shake the bottle before use.
Carefully lay the baby on their back ensuring the head is turned to the side, and delicately insert the nozzle into the nostril.
Administer 1 to 2 sprays in each nostril.
Leave the solution to work for a moment before turning baby over onto the stomach to promote draining of the nose fluids.
Clean the nozzle with hot water after every use and dry.
Never turn baby's head backwards. Always use this product in accordance with the package instructions.
