First, shake the bottle gently.
Before first use, prime the spray by pressing the nozzle briefly until product is released.
Position yourself in a comfortable place, preferably with your head over a sink.
Gently insert the nozzle into one nostril, keeping the bottle vertical.
Spray briefly, and allow any excess solution, along with mucus or debris, to drain out before wiping it away.
Repeat the process in the other nostril.
Clean the nozzle with warm soapy water, rinse and dry.
It's recommended to use 2 to 6 sprays in each nostril daily.
