Shake the can before use.
Gently insert the nozzle into your child's nostril.
Spray briefly (1-2 seconds), allowing the excess solution to flow out of the other nostril, then blow their nose.
Repeat the process in the other nostril.
Clean the nozzle with soapy water, rinse and dry.
Use 2 to 6 times a day in each nostril as needed.
