Remove the brush cap and hold the Tepe Interdental Brush like you would a pen.
Gently insert the brush into the gap between two teeth. Don't forcibly push; if it doesn't fit, try another size.
Slowly move the brush back and forth a few times to remove plaque and food particles.
Rinse the brush under running water after each use.
Repeat the process for all gaps between your teeth.
After use, replace the brush cap for hygienic storage. Replace the brush when the bristles become worn or after illness.
