Choose the right interdental brush size that fits your gaps perfectly. Use Tepe Interdental Brush 0.7 Yellow.
Hold the brush at the end of the handle with a firm grip.
Insert the brush gently between your teeth. Do not force the brush into a space; work it in gently or choose a smaller size.
Move the brush back and forth a few times to remove plaque and debris.
Use the brush in each space by changing the angle of approach, especially for molars at the back of your mouth.
Rinse your mouth and the brush with water after each use.
