Ensure your hands are thoroughly cleaned before use.
Remove a single applicator from the plastic bag. The thin end should be pointing towards you.
Twist off the end and discard.
Sit or lie down in a comfortable position. Raise your knees and then gently insert the thin end of the applicator into your vagina.
Squeeze the thick end of the applicator to release the gel.
After the gel is released, remove the applicator slowly and discard.
Vagisil Prohydrate Internal Gel can be used every 3 days or as needed. It's also safe to use more than once a day as symptoms require.
Keep in mind not to use this product if the tube seal is broken or missing.
