Blow your nose gently to clear it before using the spray.
Remove the cap from the spray bottle.
Close one nostril and insert the spray nozzle into the other nostril.
Squeeze the bottle as you breathe in slowly through your nose, repeat this 1-2 times per nostril.
Repeat the process in the other nostril.
Avoid blowing your nose for a few minutes after application.
Replace the cap on the bottle after every use.
Do not use more than four times a day.
This medication should only be used for a couple of days. If symptoms do not improve or get worse, consult with your doctor.
Remember to always use as directed by your health professional.
Active ingredients: Oxymetazoline HCl, Levomenthol, Camphor, Eucalyptol. Inactive ingredients: Polyethylene Glycol, Sodium Citrate, Chlorhexidine Gluconate, Benzalkonium Chloride.
Do not use Vicks Sinex Soother Nasal Spray if you are allergic to any of its ingredients.
Avoid contact with eyes.
May cause temporary burning, stinging, or sneezing upon use.
Overuse may cause nasal congestion to recur or worsen.
Do not use longer than 3 days.
Stop use immediately and contact a doctor if side effects like rapid heartbeat, rash, swelling, or persistent headaches occur.
Consult with a doctor before use if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, thyroid disease, diabetes, or difficulty in urination due to enlargement of the prostate gland.
