Uncover the Vicks Vaporub jar, put it aside.
Wash your hands before application.
Apply a layer of Vaporub on your chest and throat for relief from cough.
Rub a layer of Vaporub on muscles and joints to relieve minor aches and pains.
Do not ingest or apply into nostrils, eyes or open wounds. Use externally only.
Should be used on children above 2 years old, and adult supervision is required for children younger than 12.
Usage up to 3-4 times daily is safe, but any sign of irritation requires you to stop using it immediately.
Cover the jar properly after use.
Wash your hands after each application to avoid accidental ingestion or eye contact.
