For adults and children over 4 years: Two tablets daily (or as directed by your healthcare professional), preferably with a meal.
Chewing the tablet before swallowing will release its full flavor and should be done thoroughly before swallowing.
Do not exceed the recommended intake
To be taken on a full stomach.
Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed.
Do not take more than 2 tablets in a 24-hour period.
If you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medications or have any medical condition, consult your doctor before use.
Calcium carbonate, Magnesium oxide, Maltitol, Sodium Crosslinked Carboxy Methyl Cellulose, Vitamin D3, Vitamin K1, Copper sulfate, Manganese sulfate, Sodium selenite.
Possible allergic reaction: If you experience symptoms like difficulty in breathing, swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat, stop taking the tablets immediately and seek medical help.
